Centering-Reflex Integration for Improving Physical Posture Problems
As a professional kinesiologist with a focus on the brain, I have been working with neuroenergetic kinesiology for many years. I offer individual sessions in which I support children and adults in successfully coping with the constantly increasing stress in our society.
In my work, I apply neuroenergetic kinesiology, which is based on the latest brain research findings and was developed by Hugo Tobar. I work with the muscle test, the most well-known tool of kinesiologists. Methods I also use are Touch for Health, TCM nutritional counseling and the LEAP program.
The muscle test in kinesiology by Bärbel Hölscher, published by Springer Verlag.
In this course, I present four exercises that I have assigned Greek letters to. Translated into Latin letters, the word HIRO is formed. This acronym stands for “Human Integrated Reflex Organization”. To establish the correct and important connection to my work, I have prefixed the term with the word “Balance”.
As a kinesiologist, I offer individual sessions tailored to your specific needs. Be it just for stress relief or for subsequent reflex integration.
In addition, I teach my course that is accessible/suitable for everyone, both professionals and laypeople.
Read more about early childhood reflexes. Learn about the different types of reflexes, when they should be integrated, and what abnormalities can arise if this doesn’t happen. Often it starts with small physical ailments that can develop into pronounced posture problems such as a stooped neck, hunchback or hollow back over time.
Since 2000, I have been working as a professional kinesiologist with a focus on the brain. My clients benefit from my many years of experience and the well-balanced repertoire of methods I offer. The results are calmness and serenity.
